This article examines the use of the grammatical forms ism al-zaman (noun of time) and ism al-makan (noun of place) in the work Arba’in by Alisher Navoiy. The study analyzes the formation, meanings, and functional roles of these forms within the text. Particular attention is given to their occurrence in Arabic hadith texts and their interpretation in Turkic poetic lines.
