СПЕЦИФИКА ОБУЧЕНИЯ РУССКОМУ РЕЧЕВОМУ ЭТИКЕТУ В УСЛОВИЯХ ЦИФРОВОЙ КОММУНИКАЦИИ

Abstract

This paper discusses effective approaches to teaching Russian speech etiquette in the digital environment. The author explains how traditional norms of politeness are transformed in online communication due to the specific features of the Internet, including the blending of written and spoken language, delays in correspondence, and the use of emojis and stickers. The article proposes methods to help learners master appropriate communication practices across various platforms, ranging from formal email correspondence to messaging applications and online chats. The main objective is to develop learners’ ability to communicate in digital spaces without conflicts or communicative errors while preserving the richness, correctness, and cultural value of the Russian language.
