Abstract

This article examines the comparative linguistic features of phraseological units in the Uzbek and Russian languages, which belong to different language systems. The study analyzes the similarities and distinctive differences within the phraseological stock of both languages from semantic, structural, and linguocultural perspectives. In addition, the article demonstrates through specific examples how the national and cultural worldview of peoples is reflected in phraseological expressions.
