Abstract

In the Republic, special attention is paid to the preparation of comprehensively developed, harmoniously formed, independent-thinking, strong-willed, dedicated, and initiative-driven specialists through the improvement of the education system. In modern conditions, the rapid advancement of science and the continuous renewal of techniques and technologies in production require specialists to independently and systematically deepen, update, and expand their knowledge. The implementation of the “National Program for Personnel Training” is aimed at preparing highly qualified specialists with bold, independent, and creative thinking, who meet international standards of Uzbekistan’s development, and who also possess well-formed personal qualities.
